3.1 Creating an Account

To access and use Qore3, you will need to create an account. The account creation process involves:

• Biometric Authentication: You may use biometric authentication (such as fingerprint or facial recognition) to secure your access to Qore3. This authentication method is linked to your device and enhances the security of your account.
• Mnemonic Phrase: Upon account creation, a unique mnemonic phrase (a set of 12 or 24 words) will be generated. This phrase is essential for accessing and recovering your account. It is your responsibility to securely store this mnemonic phrase. We do not store your mnemonic phrase, and if it is lost, we cannot recover your account.

3.2 Account Security

• Biometric Security: You are responsible for ensuring that your biometric data is secure on your device. Any compromise of your device’s biometric security could result in unauthorized access to your Qore3 account.
• Mnemonic Phrase: You must keep your mnemonic phrase confidential and secure. Sharing this phrase with others or losing it may lead to the loss of access to your funds.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Qore3 Private Limited is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your biometric data or mnemonic phrase.

3.3 Account Recovery

In the event that you lose access to your account, your mnemonic phrase is the only way to recover it. We strongly advise that you securely back up your mnemonic phrase in a safe location that is inaccessible to others.

4.3 User Conduct

You agree to use Qore3 responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the content and transactions you initiate or facilitate using Qore3.

5.1 Ownership

All intellectual property rights in and to Qore3, including its content, software, and design, are owned by Qore3 Private Limited or its licensors. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any part of Qore3 without our prior written consent.

5.2 User Content

By submitting content to Qore3, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the operation of Qore3.

6.1 Transactions

Qore3 allows you to initiate and manage blockchain transactions. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of transaction details, including recipient addresses and amounts. We do not guarantee the successful completion of any transaction initiated through Qore3.

6.2 Fees

Qore3 may charge fees for certain transactions or services. You will be informed of any applicable fees before you complete a transaction. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7.1 No Warranty

Qore3 is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that Qore3 will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qore3 Private Limited and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use Qore3.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qore3 Private Limited and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of Qore3, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

9.1 Termination by You

You may choose to stop using Qore3 at any time. However, because Qore3 is a self-custody wallet, even if you cease using our services, you retain control over your wallet and can continue to access it using your mnemonic phrase or through the MPC recovery process.

9.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict your access to certain features of Qore3, or to terminate your use of the app, at our sole discretion, without notice, for reasons including, but not limited to, violations of these Terms. However, we cannot terminate your access to your wallet, as you retain control over it through your mnemonic phrase and the MPC library.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon suspension or restriction of your access to Qore3:

• Limited Access: You may lose access to certain features or services provided by Qore3, but your ability to access your wallet through the mnemonic phrase or MPC recovery process remains unaffected.
• User Data: Certain data related to your use of Qore3 may be retained or deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, your personal keys, mnemonic phrase, and wallet data will not be stored on our servers, ensuring that you remain in control.

9.4 Self-Custody

As Qore3 is a self-custody solution, you are responsible for managing and securing your private keys, mnemonic phrase, and access to your wallet. We do not have the ability to access or recover your funds, and termination of service with Qore3 does not affect your ability to use your wallet independently.

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
