We are looking for a Project Manager who will be the vital link between our project delivery capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment of our software features. We expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals. You should be methodical, have excellent time management skills, and use strong communication to collaborate effectively with various teams and clients. Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver our projects within quality and time requirements, and get the best out of the people and projects you oversee.

• Clearly articulate and document business requirements.
• Engage with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems.
• Provide end-to-end project management and monitor progress.
• Deliver projects on time, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Participate and contribute in project activities such as requirement gathering, user acceptance testing, and implementation.
• Assess the risks of various solutions and prioritise competing business demands.
• Build rapport with clients and ensure project delivery is accurate to requirements.
• Review and identify business operational areas or gaps that need improvement, and propose appropriate action plans.
• Continuously look for ways to improve monitoring, surface issues, and deliver better value to the customer.
• Identify potential project risks and their implications, and recommend mitigating measures.
• Assess service requests for enhancements and maintenance of systems.
• Maintain and develop documentation for the responsible area.
• Ensure Service Level Agreements for projects and incidents are met.
• Understand and embrace the business and IT strategic direction.
• Develop a high-performance working culture.
• Establish and monitor team member KPIs to ensure high productivity and efficiency.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Fluent speaking and writing in English and Chinese for business communication needs.
• More than 4 years of working experience as a project manager in the IT or blockchain industry, with proven records delivering sizeable projects end-to-end (full project lifecycle).
• Self-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritise and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Experienced in managing an internal team of developers.
